Rocks n’ Cows Camping Information + Policies
Camping is a major part of the Rocks n’ Cows weekend experience. Our campground is designed to be easy, safe, and comfortable for festival guests while keeping the fairgrounds clean and family-friendly.
All camping lots are reserved by campsite number, and your selected lot on the festival map corresponds directly with your purchased campsite.
Campsite Reservations

All campsites are reserved only

Each campsite is individually numbered on the online camping map

Once purchased, your campsite will show as sold out

Campsites are assigned to one camping unit + one vehicle

1 vehicle per site within site boundaries, additional vehicles must use event parking

Camping lots are sold first come, first served

Camping Passes, 2 Camping passes must be purchase per campsite.

A maximum of 6 Camping Passes per site.

To enter campground you must have a Camping Pass wristband.

A minimum of two (2) music festival admission ticket is required to reserve camp sites.
Rain or Shine! Please prepare accordingly.
Campground Check-In
Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday arrivals: by 6:00 PM only
All campers must be checked in before the gate closes.
No roadside waiting or lining up on public roads before gates open.
Late arrivals after gate close must wait until morning unless prior arrangements are made.
Wristbands
Every camper will receive:

Camping wristband (Maximum of 6)

Reserved lot number confirmation
Wristbands must be worn at all times in the campground.
Only campers with wristbands may enter camping areas after hours.
Fires + Cooking

Fires allowed only in raised, self-contained fire rings

No ground fires
-
No fireworks or explosives
-
Small propane camp stoves are allowed
-
Guests are responsible for full extinguishment before sleeping
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours: 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Please respect neighboring campsites.
Generators must be shut off by 12:00 AM sharp unless medically necessary.
Pets
Leashed pets are welcome in camping areas only.
Pet waste is to me collected and disposed of in trash receptacles.
Pets are not allowed in the concert bowl or vendor areas.
Owners must clean up after pets and remove any aggressive or disruptive animals.
Prohibited Items
The following are not allowed:

Fireworks

Weapons or firearms

ATVs / minibikes / golf carts

Drones

Excessive amplified sound systems
-
Disorderly or dangerous behavior
Anyone violating campground rules may be removed without refund.
Campground Courtesy
Please help us keep the Pine River Fairgrounds beautiful:

Use trash stations provided

Bag your campsite garbage before departure

Leave your lot as clean as you found it

Respect staff, volunteers, and neighboring campers

RCCMF is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items - please take care and use caution
Campsite Spacing
All tents, campers, vehicles, and structures must stay within campsite boundaries.
